PSXPack
A downloadable asset pack
PSXPack offers a strong foundation for any project that makes use of the beloved LowPoly/PSX-artstyle. Coming with 300+ unique models, 100+ more variations and textures it helps to elevate your work from a quick prototyping phase to visually pleasant piece of art.
Furthermore it continuously grows! The pack receives monthly updates adding new meshes each time and fixing issues with prior releases and raising the quality.
The pack started initially as my own pack for prototypes and improving my skills in 3D art. Soon I've expanded to include various items I created over multiple projects and years. With this pack I want to support the community creating games and using it as a productive side-project aside from my own development.
What you'll get for your bucks
- For 3.50$ you will get the initial base package with 150+ models (does NOT include updates)
- For 5.00$ you will get all current 400+ models, textures and ALL following updates inclusive!
- 400+ low poly models in the popular PSX-artstyle
- About a dozen of environmental textures (grass, bricks, sand, etc.)
- Modular design for a lot of the included objects
- Source .blend-files
- .OBJ-Files
- All meshes include textures, some with variants and/or engine-ready materials (Godot)
- Godot-Engine Ready shader materials (4.2 and newer)
- Created for and with Godot, quickly convertible for Unreal and Unity
- (Until Jan 1st 2025) Monthly updates containing:
- at least 10 new themed meshes every month
- fixing issues, improving the overall quality
- potentially new variations of already released meshes
- new enviromental textures (grass, bricks, sand, etc.)
- at least 10 new themed meshes every month
PSXPack is not a one-off story. I will provide monthly updates until January 1st 2025. Each update comes with at least 10 new objects, following its own theme.
Those new meshes can range from regular props to complex and modular elements and I'm also thinking about including characters at some point. Additionally to that I intent to fix issues or add variants for already released content within those updates.
Feel free to leave your feedback in the comments down below. Regardless of issues or proposals for future updates, I am happy to hear and help you out.
Note: Since the pack consists of meshes and textures I made over the span of about two years the quality may vary. If a particular mesh is subpar please let me know and I will improve the mesh/texture with one of the next updates.
PSXPack uses references and textures from various sources that allow commercial use and self-made assets. About 45% of the textures and references are entirely self-made and I intend to increase that number over time.
Most third-party assets and references do not require explicit attribution or are public domain. However I find that giving proper credit, even if optional, is still important. The following sites are the general sources that were used for the pack.
Further, personalized attribution, if applicable, is provided here Overview Google-Sheet
PSXPack is released as supportive game asset for world building and level design. You can use it for any project and media, even commercially. You are not permitted to reupload, mirror or resell the asset pack, even if you modified and added to it.
Crediting me is not necessary but very much appreciated. However depending on the source of the model-textures (only textures originating from Textures.com), you still need to credit them using their texture.
Optional but highly appreciated: Let me know for what projects you use PSXPack.
If you like my work consider raising your contribution to this asset pack. Every single cent is appreciated, thank you so much!

Pushed another little fix as I forgot to include the level-textures with the prior update.
Hi there, great pack. Noticed that some models have flipped normals, particularly the bar set. Don't have time to go snooping for which others also might have these, but I figured I'd let you know.
Hi! Thanks for the notice.
I went through the affected meshes and fixed the normals and some other mistakes. Don’t know what happened there but those bar models (and some others) will be fixed in the upcoming update in about 7 days.
Hello.
I purchased the higher prices asset pack and everything is alright, except I can't seem to open Blender files, because some of them crash. Is there a way to post an FBX or obj. files for export? Looking forward to your assistance.
Hi, sure I’d love to help. First the standard question. Have you tried re-downloading the pack and opening the affected file from that? Potentially the file might have gotten corrupted during the download, its odd but it can happen.
If the files are still crashing, can you let me know which file(s) are affected by that? I have not encountered something like that myself until now, but I would love to double check those files. I am also looking into providing the .fbx or .obj files with the next update to hopefully prevent that in the future.
Monumental thanks for the quick response, honestly, this means a lot.
I tried downloading the 32MB version - all files open perfectly 100%, everything looks spectacular. But, I redownloaded the bigger file, which I payed for more and none of the blender files open sadly. I will try updating or reinstalling blender, hope that helps. I will write to you just in case again. Thanks!
I see, that is odd indeed. I am using Blender build 4.2.0, without any additional addons or extensions. I downloaded the last update as well but everything seems to be working on my end, apart for occasionally missing texture paths.
Those missing texture paths will also be fixed with that update. Regardless of that, I have started exporting the models to .fbx and .obj, so at least there will be a alternative in the future.
However one of my biggest issues is that for some reason unknown to me, those will not link to textures correctly. Those links would have to be set manually by the end-user (i.e. in the Godot-Inspector), which is tedious to do for 250+ models to say the least.
Edit: Nevermind, the issue of the textures not getting correctly linked to the meshes only seems to appear for .fbx files. Since its only an issue with those and it works very well with .obj I will put my priorities on .obj files.
Honestly, that would be massively appreciated if you do so, because I primarily use Copper Cube 6 game engine, a bit different one, but it does not support blender input or any other so, I manually export files from blender in .fbx and .obj. and then apply the texture in the game engine. If you do that for some of the models and post it for download with the other files, I would honestly give the biggest thanks 💖
On it. Pretty certain I can get that done for the next update in about 9 days.
A true GOAT!!
This is such a great pack and am using it for a project i started recently. Could I make a few expansion requests?
- Science laboratory (Experiments etc)
- Police station (perhaps some weapons?)
- Army checkpoint/facility (I'm thinking in regards to a town being blocked off)
There is so much here already and I love the aesthetic, I would really love to maintain the asset consistency by using exclusively a single artists work.
Thank you!
Thank you for your praise and suggestions! I’m very happy to hear that it helps with your current project.
I will consider your ideas for the upcomming updates (I may or may not already have a few things in the backlog that could help with those themes).
I would really like this package. It's a shame that there is a problem with the textures license. I prefer things under Cc0 license
Thanks for the message! Yes like its noted I would like to increase my share of self-made textures over time. Hopefully that’ll remove those in question.
Do you think you'd do an ATM or bank assets in the near future? Thanks!
No thank you! That is a pretty good proposal that I have not even considered so far. Thanks for the inspiration! I feel like it should be doable and am definitely interested in doing it.
Hello! Is there like a word document with every current asset? Thanks!
There is now! A public Google Sheet to be precise. It is the same version that has been included in the package as PDF. I will refer to and update this table with future updates.

The feature that they are made specifically for godot is top notch, thank you.
Thank you very much! This is the first project of this kind for me but I hope to learn and add much more to it over the coming months.
I hope it helps you on your journey!
